The formulas
Every formula here ran in a real Google Sheet on the date printed beside it, in a sheet with the locale printed beside it. Yours may differ. Google changes things. Test on a copy before you run anything against data you cannot lose — that is true of any formula from anywhere, including this site.
The formulas and code on this site are free to use, at work or anywhere else, without attribution.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We check our work and publish the checks, but we cannot promise a formula will behave the same in your spreadsheet, and we are not liable for what happens when you run it. If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it and say so.
